Wow, Haley, SO many brilliant thoughts in this piece. I found myself wanting to highlight multiple lines, such as, "unexamined privilege has a way of disguising itself as neutrality, and, "... learned to say 'extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence' with the correct amount of eyebrow," (LOL), and, "Skepticism... is a practice of returning, again and again, to the possibility that you may have missed something." Thank you for this candid critical take on the way the skeptic identity often manifests.
